From 1st October 2009:
• Basic Award £380 per week following the increase in the April 2009 budget. There is no increase in 2010.
• Current Minimum wage:
o 16 and 17 year olds increases to £3.57 p/h
o 18 to 21year olds increases to £4.83 p/h
o 22 and over increases to £5.80 p/h
From 1st October 2010:
o 16 and 17 year olds increases to £3.64p/h
o 18 to 21 year olds increases to £4.92 p/h
o 22 and over increases to £5.93 p/h
