Lorraine Smith
Lorraine Smith is a freelance HR Consultant operating Bravo Zulu HR, based in Central Warwickshire. Lorraine is an experienced HR specialist, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has a qualification as a Paralegal in Employment Law and is a member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals (MSSP). Lorraine aims to offer practical hands-on help to small and medium sized businesses in dealing with their HR issues. She strives to offer practical solutions to businesses who do not employ their own in-house HR resource or who require additional assistance to supplement their own HR provision for a particular project or peak in workload. Having met Sandra at a Chamber of Commerce networking event she welcomes the opportunity to work with De Marco Hunter Solicitors.
Lorraine grew up in Warwick and at age 19 achieved her childhood dream to join the Women’s Royal Naval Service. She enjoyed a fantastic 10 years ending her time in the rank of Lieutenant. She returned to Warwickshire in 1996. We she is not working she spends time with her husband and two children. She is also a great believer in having a stress reducing hobby so finds time to sing in a local choir called Sing Live. Her singing has taken her to many premier venues such as St Peters in Rome, Royal Albert Hall, Coventry Cathedral and Birmingham Symphony Hall.
