Elaine Hedley
Elaine runs her own HR Consultancy, Hassle Free HR Limited, providing advice and guidance to retained and ad hoc clients as well as working with De Marco Hunter as one of our preferred HR Consultants. Elaine specialises in ‘employee relations’ including matters relating to discipline, grievances, absence management, managing performance and redundancy.
Elaine was born in Lanark, Scotland but grew up in Coventry after her family relocated here when she was a wee bairn. Elaine attained the post-graduate diploma in personnel management (CIPD) at Coventry University, has recently attained the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and is currently studying towards the NEBOSH Diploma, 
enabling her to support clients with both HR and H&S issues.
In her spare time Elaine enjoys outdoor activities including walking her dog, Jack Hedley, running and skiing. Elaine also enjoys wining and dining with friends and family.
