Denise Reece
Denise is a Human Resource Management professional with 30 years experience. She has operated in senior positions for over 17 years, latterly at strategic level with a number of “blue chip” companies, within the UK and Europe; that include Boots, WH Smith and Blue Circle Industries. Denise is able to draw on a career that has exposed her to the wide ranging issues and opportunities encountered by businesses in todays commercial environment.
Since founding St Klare Reece Associates in 1995, Denise has worked with corporate bodies on projects which have ranged from the development of strategic change programmes to the counselling of individual employees affected by such commercial reality. The specialist focus of providing a full Human Resource Management Service to smaller organisations reflects her philosophy of Best Practice for all. Organisations have called on her experience to work with them on an ongoing basis in the development of their businesses as their ad-hoc Personnel Executive or Advisor to the in-house team.
Being a director of a business, Denise understands the pressures senior managers and executives face plus the isolation sometimes encountered by being a key decision maker. The organisation was founded to bring practical, compliant people solutions to small, medium and large organisations who can benefit just a much as their corporate counterparts but with the understanding that the solutions have to be tailored for their individual needs.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPM) and Committee Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), with Certification in Advanced Counselling Skills, she is active within her chosen profession; Denise is has been Chairman of the South Warwickshire Branch of the Chamber of Commerce, additionally she is regularly asked to speak on interpreting employment law for the smaller business and issues relating to our people are our business; a topic she is more than qualified to do.
