This interactive seminar will provide delegates with useful tips and information about dealing with both casual and long term absence in the workplace. We will offer advice on how to ensure that you are proactive with managing long term absence and facilitating an early return to work as well as dealing with unauthorised and casual absence on a disciplinary footing. We will also touch on disability related absence and reasonable adjustments and the impact of the new fit notes.
