Home Information Packs only £249.00 plus VAT for a Freehold property and £299.00 plus VAT for Leasehold.

Leasehold Property:  Please add £50.00 to our fees if you are buying or selling a Leasehold property

Shared Ownership:  Please add £150.00 to our fees if you are buying or selling a Shared Ownership property

Sales ONLY:  The only disbursement which may be required for a sale is for Office Copies which we may have to obtain on your behalf from the Land Registry.

Purchases ONLY:  Where there is a HIP provided, you may not need to carry out searches unless they are out of date.  Where there is no HIP, the fees quoted for searches are for a local search, drainage search and official searches.  For costs of individual searches please read our Searches FactSheet on the Conveyancing page   The cost of these searches is based on a property in the Coventry area. These costs may vary for properties outside Coventry. Other searches such as Environmental, Coal Mining and Chancel Repair are not included in the quote. They may be required dependent upon the property location.

Telegraphic Transfer Fees  We reserve the right to charge these fees if we incur a charge from our Bank.  This will be shown in the Fee Estimate provided to you.
