Toni Sharp, Solicitor
Toni is our employment solicitor and advises on all areas of employment law surrounding recruitment, issues which may arise during employment and upon termination. Toni has advised on compromise agreements, redundancy processes and numerous cases concerning worker status. Toni has experience in advising small to medium enterprises and has also worked closely with large national organisations.
Toni grew up in Coventry and attended President Kennedy School. She went on to study law at Warwick University and her Legal Practice Course in Birmingham at the College of Law. Toni trained with Wright Hassall Solicitors in Leamington Spa and qualified in 2009.
Toni enjoys baking for family, friends and of course the team at De Marco Solicitors! She then works off the excess calories in Zumba classes. Toni is very passionate about travel and enjoys taking breaks in the UK and abroad with her husband whenever possible.
