Natalie Roach, Consultant Solicitor
Natalie Roach is our Consultant Employment Law Solicitor.
Natalie was previously a partner and Head of Employment at a large regional commercial law firm and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of employment law having specialised in this area for over 13 years. Natalie is listed in the Legal 500 in two geographical areas as a specialist in her field. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has appeared on Legal TV and BBC1's Politics Today as an employment expert.
Natalie covers all aspects of employment law from discrimination through to advising on TUPE in the sale and purchases of businesses, consultancy agreements, compromise agreements, Employment Tribunals, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and everything in between. She was a panel solicitor for a number of large high street insurers and acts for both Claimants and Respondents. She regularly writes for such publications as the Oxford Times in Business Magazine and speaks at breakfast clubs etc.
Natalie was born in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe and moved back to England when she was 7. She studied at Warwick University and Chester Law School before completing her solicitors training contract and going on to specialise in employment law. Her first case as a trainee solicitor, which she won, hit all the London newspapers!
Natalie adores shopping, if only it were an Olympic sport! She has a particular passion for shoes, loves travelling and spending time with her little dog, Pickle and her baby daughter.
