Sandra Garlick, Principal
Sandra is our Employment & Business Law Solicitor and the Principal of the firm. Sandra advises businesses about employment law issues, trading terms and conditions and HR issues, specialising in business start up and social media. Sandra also undertakes the firm's business development, regularly speaks on various topics throughout Coventry & Warwickshire and hosts De Marco Solicitors' Legal Catch up with Coffee & Cupcakes for HR Professionals.
Sandra grew up in Coventry and attended Barr's Hill Girls Grammar School. She studied law as a mature student at the University of Warwick following previous careers in banking, estate agency and sales and marketing. She was sponsored by DLA to undertake her post graduate studies in Nottingham and went on to train with DLA in Birmingham. Sandra founded De Marco Hunter Solicitors in July 2007.
Sandra is a Co-Director in the recently formed De Marco Family Law Solicitors and Sandra is expanding the De Marco range of products and services and will shortly be introducing De Marco HR and De Marco Consulting.

Sandra is passionate about shoes, holidays and enjoys a cold glass of Prosecco. When she isn't working she can be found walking her Airedales, Brinkley & Megan, adding to her shoe collection or planning one of her Italian getaways.
Sandra is an avid Coventry City supporter and has been since she first attended Highfield Road with her father as a teenager. She has Premier Club tickets and is often in the Jaguar, Eon and Yorkshire Bank Lounges before and after the home games.
