Lianne Payne, Senior Associate Solicitor
Lianne is our Specialist Employment Law Solicitor and is the Head of Employment Law at De Marco Solicitors. Lianne advises the firm's business clients on all aspects of employment law with particular emphasis on conduct and capability dismissals, ill health, compromise agreements, restrictive covenants, disability discrimination, contracts of employment and policies and procedures.
Lianne grew up in Coventry and attended Finham Park School. She studied law and criminology at Keele University and carried out her post graduate studies in Bristol. Lianne trained with Penmans Solicitors in Coventry.
Lianne is passionate about sport, Roald Dahl books, Christmas and her two cats Delilah and Iorek Byrnison. When she isn't working she can be found teaching taekwondo, playing numerous netball matches or listening to Christmas music or Roald Dahl CDs in her car! Lianne also has a keen interest in property development.
Lianne had a baby daughter in 2011 and now works Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
